To achieve university`s goals and plans and to help planning and organizing administrative and financial committees consists of:
-Administrative and financial committee

-Somatic space development`s committee

These committees are like arm to university`s managers and for supporting all workers of university in financial and spiritual way by university`s rules and regulations restricted by backup and resource development assistant.
Council
University’s council’s duties and authorities
A. Making executive basis of sublime cultural’ revolution's committee’s enactments and regulations and exported circulars from ministry;
B. Offering organization graph and necessary administrative reforms for administrating university’s civil works to trustees committee by university’s president;
C. Study and evaluate of the way of perform council’s decisions and overseeing of university’s units' performance ;
D. Making basis of university to be humanity and help university’s self-sufficiency and related units;
E. Making necessary accordance between assistance’s different areas;
F. Checking university’s administrative and financial regulations to propound in trustees committee and getting offers designs and plans that must be in trustees committee’s jobs.
G. Offering university’s annual budget to trustees committee by university’s president.
H. Offering distribution and allocate studying opportunities and short-time educational and investigative periods in or out that belongs to educational and studious members by rules.(by university’s president to ministry)
