Administrative, financial and resources assistant Duties:
1- Communique all approvals and regulations that notified from University president to related units and tracking and monitoring on their performance.
2- Design and codification regulations and guidelines and agenda that related to assistant duties In order to propose to the authorities for approvals.
3- Providing briefing to university president about related unit's duties
4- Offering qualified individuals for enterprise management positions in Assistant departments to university president.
5- Monitoring on subordinate units for ensuring proper execution of Duties.
6- Cooperating with other assistance for implementation of university programs.
7- Planning, set activities and suggested assistants annual budget proposal according to university priorities.
8- Manage and monitoring on proper execution of all administrative According to statutes and regulations.
9- Dealing with university’s performance targets for create coordination Between activities related to different units to reach university’s targets.
10- Monitoring on credit allocation to different units according to detailed Budget approved by the team of trustees and other financial laws that Rules in university and reporting for Planning to trustee's team.
11- Status determination administrative, financial and human resources of University from strengths, bottlenecks, problems, opportunities, threats Ahead to determine suggested strategies for upgrade and have good condition.
12- Establishment revenue recognition process and Proper control over the financial cycle for preparation of financial management reports in order to establish fiscal discipline in the university academic department.
